UltraXas Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This page explains how UltraXas handles data across our services — including our intelligent assistant, Xro.
1 Who We Are
UltraXas is a technology brand focused on AI assistance, automation, media delivery, and communication tools. Our assistant, Xro, helps with things like answering questions, transforming audio/text, translation, and media retrieval (for example: “download this link”).
When we say “UltraXas”, “we”, or “our”, we’re referring to the UltraXas team currently operating from London, United Kingdom.
2 Data We Collect
2.1 Messages you send
When you talk to Xro (text or voice), we process the content so we can understand what you’re asking and reply. That can include:
- Your questions and requests (“Translate this…”, “Summarize this…”, etc.).
- Voice notes you send for speech-to-text.
- Media links you explicitly provide for processing or download.
2.2 Conversation context (“memory”)
Xro can remember recent conversation context linked to your chat ID. This allows follow-up questions like “Continue from yesterday” without repeating everything.
This memory exists to make the assistant feel continuous and helpful. It is not sold or shared for advertising.
2.3 Technical and safety logs
We may temporarily keep minimal diagnostic information such as timestamps, delivery status, and basic error traces. This helps us:
- Fix bugs and improve stability.
- Prevent spam / abuse.
- Keep download and voice features working correctly.
3 How Your Data Is Used
- To respond to you in text or voice in a useful, human-like way.
- To keep context so you don’t have to repeat yourself every time.
- To generate audio replies (text-to-speech) when you ask for voice mode.
- To translate, summarize, or retrieve media — only when you request it.
- To maintain security and protect the service from abuse or fraud.
4 Storage & Retention
Short-term chat memory is stored so Xro can remember ongoing context with you (for example: your previous question, or something you asked earlier in the day).
Media files (audio/video) requested by you may be held briefly in order to deliver them back to you. Old generated/downloaded files are cleaned out on a regular cycle.
We also maintain certain brand facts (for example, who created Xro) so answers stay consistent. This is part of how Xro keeps a stable “identity” when you ask about UltraXas.
5 Security
We apply reasonable technical and process safeguards to help protect against unauthorized usage, scraping, spam, and abuse. This includes:
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention measures.
- Restricted internal access to service logs.
- Regular cleanup of stale media files.
No system is perfect. You should avoid sending extremely sensitive personal information (like bank passwords) to any automated assistant.
6 Your Control & Contact
Request data cleanup
You can request that we reset/clear stored conversation memory associated with your chat ID. After that, Xro will respond as if it’s meeting you fresh.
